Line Array Speaker

What is a Line Array?

A column of flown speaker boxes that covers far, even and directional sound — the standard for large clubs and events.

What is a Line Array Speaker?

A Line Array is a speaker system of many identical boxes flown vertically in a column, combining into a line-shaped source. Through wave interference, the sound covers far and evenly, losing less over distance than a point-source speaker.

Its narrow vertical coverage focuses energy toward the audience and limits ceiling/floor reflections. The number of boxes and splay angles are calculated to the room area to cover evenly front to back.
