A source of extremely thin, sharp, far-reaching rays — it draws shapes, sweeps and the “laser ceiling” signature of a club.
A stage laser uses a monochromatic light source with galvo scanning mirrors to draw ultra-sharp thin rays, lines, shapes and “tunnel/ceiling” effects that fill smoke-filled air.
It is controlled via DMX or ILDA (the laser-drawing standard). Because its energy is highly concentrated, a laser must be installed at the correct height and safe projection angle and comply with regulations to avoid eye harm.
A laser creates thin-ray layers and ceiling/tunnel effects a beam cannot, usually the “weapon” for climax sections. NHK Stage installs it at a safe height and scan angle and programs it in sync with the music for maximum effect.
NHK Stage advises the right equipment, builds a 3D visualization and handles turnkey installation for your space.
